This hybrid position is based in Denver, CO or Schaumburg, IL, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience.
• 3–5 years in a customer service or HR environment.
• Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
• Located in Denver, CO or Schaumburg, IL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's solutions.
• Communicate priorities, organize the day, and follow up to exceed expectations.
• Recommend solutions and share best practices with clients and teammates.
