Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR expertise, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to address critical business challenges.

You will build relationships with clients and internal partners, maintain high client satisfaction, and participate in ADP’s top-ranked training to ensure success. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote) and located in Denver, CO or Schaumburg, IL.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related org.
• 3–5 years in a customer service or HR environment with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems independently and proactively train clients on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize, multi-task, and follow up.
• Share knowledge with less experienced consultants and educate clients on best practices.

Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve

You will serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products/technologies. You will solve client problems -- taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. You will work independently to resolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.

Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations

You will use your strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. You will set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Provide Recommendations and Educate

You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

• We are hiring in Denver, CO, or Schaumburg, IL, candidate must be located within one of these areas.
• This will be a hybrid role. 3 days in the office (Denver or Schaumburg), 2 days remote.
• At least 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year* (*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.)
