Job summary

Wencor seeks a Manager, HR Corporate Shared Services to lead a centralized HR services team responsible for compensation, payroll, organizational development, compliance and performance management. The role enables HR Business Partners at facilities to execute initiatives with world-class processes, policies and procedures.

The position requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and collaboration across the organization to ensure accurate operations and continuous improvement in HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and setup of the Company HCM system, including recruiting and performance management.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, time clock, audits and liaison with facilities.
• Administer compensation program, job descriptions and market analysis support.
• Lead corporate shared services team, including performance reviews, coaching and mentoring.
• Track KPIs and drive process improvements across HR operations.
