Job summary

RealREPP is seeking an HR Shared Services Manager in Houston, Texas, to optimize the HR service delivery model. This role requires a blend of HR operations and technology, focusing on enhancing user-friendly support systems.

The ideal candidate will lead daily HR operations, design a centralized HR Help Center, and manage a team dedicated to improving employee satisfaction. A Bachelor's degree in HR and extensive experience in HR Shared Services is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR Shared Services/Operations with leadership experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Design and enhance a centralized HR Help Center.
• Establish and manage SLAs/KPIs for service delivery.
