Job summary

PACE Staffing Alternatives is seeking an accomplished HR Operations leader to own the HR service delivery model, ensure timely, accurate HR support, and drive continuous improvement across SLAs and processes. You will own HRIS governance, partner with IT on system enhancements, and oversee data governance, reporting, and analytics to support strategic workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent senior HR cert preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 4 years leadership in HR Operations/Shared Services/HR Tech.
• Experience as business owner for enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday/UKG/SF/ADP/Dayforce).
• Experience managing HR service delivery models, shared services, case management systems and SLAs.
• Experience overseeing HR compliance programs and regulatory reporting.
• Strong HR technology, data governance, reporting, analytics knowledge.
• Proven project mgmt and process improvement experience.
• Ability to partner with execs and cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal, Ops).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; change leadership capability.
• Highly organized, analytical, and decisive.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR service delivery model to ensure timely, accurate HR support.
• Establish and monitor SLAs across HR service categories.
• Oversee HR case management, escalation, and resolution standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and associate satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance associate self-service resources and HR tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Shared Services team.
