The role oversees compensation, payroll, organizational development, compliance and performance management, enabling HR Business Partners to execute initiatives with world-class processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in corporate shared services.
• Experience with compensation, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR representatives delivering centralized HR services.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration and data reporting.
• Administer compensation program, development of job descriptions, and market analyses.
• Maintain Company HCM system and oversee data integrity.
• Support transition of acquired organizations into the HR system and processes.
• Track performance against KPIs and drive process improvements.
