Wencor Group LLC seeks a Manager, HR Corporate Shared Services to lead a centralized HR services team, overseeing compensation, payroll, organizational development, compliance and performance management. This role enables HR Business Partners and ensures world-class HR processes, policies and procedures across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 5+ years of related experience or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations and experience with HR processes in a shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Company HCM system and set up recruiting, performance, and salary planning processes.
• Data maintenance and reporting; support transition of newly acquired organizations into the HCM system.
• Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs; coordinate with payroll and facilities.
• Lead corporate shared services team; provide coaching, performance reviews, and task coordination.
• Track KPIs and drive process improvements; ensure compliance and governance.
