Job summary

WENCOR seeks a Manager, HR Corporate Shared Services to lead a team delivering centralized HR services across compensation, payroll, and performance management. You will oversee the HCM system, payroll administration, and data reporting while enabling HR Business Partners to execute HR initiatives with consistent processes and policies.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related HR experience, with the ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Experience leading a HR services or shared services team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized HR services including compensation, payroll, and performance management.
• Maintain and optimize the Company HCM system and data reporting.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and time clock administration.
• Lead and mentor the corporate shared services team and monitor performance metrics.
