Job summary

RealREPP is assisting a recognized building systems expert in hiring a HR Shared Services Manager in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on leading HR operations, managing service delivery, and enhancing employee experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily HR support, improving HR Help Centers, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR Shared Services/Operations, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience building or improving HR Help Centers/knowledge bases.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes.

• Oversee daily HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Design and enhance a centralized HR Help Center.
• Establish and manage SLAs/KPIs to improve service delivery.
