Qualifications

• Three years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or related field.
• Experience with recruitment workflows and placement processes.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws in higher education or public sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for staff or faculty recruitment and placement, guiding HR team members.
• Mentor and coach team on recruitment systems, processes, and best practices.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, classifications, and placement policies.
