Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a related HR role.
• Experience leading an HR/Leave/ER team in a shared-services model.
• Strong knowledge of US leave of absence and workplace accommodations.
• Experience managing high-volume case delivery with SLAs.
• Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the US HR Specialist team.
• Oversee leave services via third-party administrator, ensuring quality and escalations.
• Manage relationship with leave administrator and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with employees, managers and partners on accommodations and return-to-work.
• Deliver HR projects and process improvements, including system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with US employment requirements.
