Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a HR Shared Services Manager for Leave, Accommodations & ER, operating in a hybrid model in Minneapolis. You will lead the US HR Specialist team, manage Workday and ServiceNow case workflows, and partner with Legal, Benefits and Payroll to deliver compliant leave and accommodation services.

You will coach the team, oversee the third-party leave administrator, and drive governance, process improvements and data accuracy across HRIS and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a related role.
• Experience leading an HR/Leave/Accommodation or ER team within a shared-services model.
• Strong knowledge of US leave of absence and workplace accommodation rules (federal and multi-state).
• Experience with high-volume case delivery, SLAs, escalations and documentation.
• Ability to manage projects and drive HR process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the US HR Specialist team.
• Oversee leave services via the third-party administrator and ensure service quality.
• Manage relationship with the leave administrator and coordinate with employees/managers.
• Coordinate accommodations, return-to-work and complex ER cases.
• Ensure data integrity in Workday and case management systems; drive standardisation and automation.
