Capital Group is seeking an HR Solutions Consultant to join the Global Shared Services team supporting North America. You will partner with the global HR team, our specialist teams, and business leaders to drive the people component of Capital's business strategy, focusing on ADA (US) and AODA (Canada) Leave/Accommodations and LOA administration.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven insights, and centralized HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with case management.
• Experience handling medical accommodations and LOA cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze data and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex medical/religious accommodations and LOA cases for US and Canada.
• Educate leaders on accommodation/leave laws and benefit programs.
• Lead process-improvement projects to centralize HR workflows.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Global Shared Services and HR teams.
