Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an HR Solutions Consultant to join the Global Shared Services team supporting North America. You will manage complex medical and religious accommodation and LOA cases for the US and Canada, partnering with global HR, leaders, and benefits teams to improve processes and the associate experience.

You will influence policy, deliver data-driven insights, and drive projects that centralize HR functions while maintaining high-quality stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, master's degree or HR certifications and a minimum of 5 years HR experience preferred.
• Experience with case management, especially medical/religious accommodations and LOA.
• Strong communication and advanced consulting skills with stakeholders across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a workload of complex medical/religious accommodations and LOA cases for US/Canada from start to finish.
• Educate leaders on applicable accommodation/leave laws and benefits programs.
• Lead projects to centralize processes and improve efficiency; partner with global HR teams.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable HR solutions.
• Collaborate with the Global Shared Services team to support North America initiatives.
