Job summary

Patterson Companies leaves team is seeking a Leave Analyst to administer employee leaves, coordinate with the third‑party administrator, and guide timely, compliant processing of leaves and accommodations.

You will review leave statuses, keep up with FMLA/ADA and other laws, and partner with HRBPs, Legal, Risk to ensure policy adherence. Hybrid MN HQ role with home office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess and coordinate elements from various (and frequently changing) sources of information.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local leave laws (FMLA/ADA) and how they apply internally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave case management with the third‑party administrator to ensure accurate end‑to‑end processing.
• Review leave statuses and payment reports for accuracy and compliance; resolve TPA issues.
• Answer employee and manager inquiries on leave types, durations, and eligibility.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of leave laws and implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with managers, HRBPs, Legal, Risk to document and administer leaves in policy.
