Job summary

Medtronic’s HR Shared Services Team in Minneapolis, MN, performs benefits, leave, and disability support onsite four days a week to deliver accurate HR service. The role partners with payroll and vendors to ensure data integrity and efficient processes.

You will contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives within HR systems and workflows. The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in HR service delivery, with preferred familiarity with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA,

Qualifications

• Experience in US benefits, leave, disability, or HR service delivery processes.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems such as Workday.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. health and welfare benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, FSA, HSA).
• Support enrollments, life events, terminations, and benefits transactions.
• Assist with annual open enrollment activities and issue resolution.
• Administer disability and leave programs including FMLA and time-off policies.
• Audit transactions for accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
