Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee a US HR Specialist team delivering accommodation, employee relations and leave-related support. The role focuses on Workday and ServiceNow case management, governance, and continuous improvement across a global shared-services model.

You will coach the team, manage the third-party leave administrator relationship, ensure data integrity in HR systems, and partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits and Legal to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a related HR/ER role
• Experience leading HR/Leave/Employee Relations teams
• Strong knowledge of US leave and accommodation processes (federal & multi-state)
• Experience with high-volume case delivery, SLAs and escalations
• Proven project leadership and HR transformation experience
• Strong stakeholder management in international/matrixed environments
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and data governance skills
• SHRM/HRCI or equivalent qualification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop US HR Specialist team
• Oversee leave services via third-party administrator and ensure service quality
• Manage relationship with leave administrator and coordinate complex cases
• Ensure coordination with employees, managers and internal partners on accommodations and ER cases
• Oversee Workday data integrity and ServiceNow case delivery
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation of HR processes
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws across the US
