You will design and analyze experiments, uncover insights from Stitch Fix's data, and build scalable analytical workflows and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll own high-impact problems from framing through delivery, translating findings into executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or a related analytical role.
• Strong foundation in experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, and product analytics.
• Experience with complex, interconnected datasets and building scalable data structures.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL; comfort with LLMs to accelerate analysis and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated statistical models, experiments, and causal inference approaches.
• Build scalable analytical capabilities and repeatable workflows for analytics and AI applications.
• Own complex analytical initiatives from framing to delivery and communicate findings to executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and improve products and experiences.
• Advance the team's capabilities by mentoring others and leveraging AI tools.
