Job summary

Stitch Fix Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead large teams of hourly employees in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will own daily workforce planning, coach staff, and partner with operations leadership to drive performance and safety.

The role requires 4+ years of people leadership, strong data skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfort using AI tools to improve decisions. You must be available Wed-Sat, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and ready to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people leadership experience in a warehouse/fulfillment/operational setting.
• Ability to lead and coach large hourly teams and drive daily execution.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and trend analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; capable of fast decision-making.
• Willingness to work on the floor for 8+ hours and accommodate non-standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to meet daily goals.
• Own daily workforce planning and execution, using data to identify trends and gaps.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for employee growth.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting accurately.
• Use AI tools and dashboards to analyze performance and improve decisions.
• Champion process improvements and drive efficiency across operations.
