Job summary

NET-A-PORTER is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the US HR Shared Services team based in Mahwah, NJ, with routine visits to NYC. The role supports employee relations, policy guidance, benefit processes and HR data accuracy.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, and collaborate with Payroll, HRBPs and Recruitment to ensure timely, compliant service. Flexible working and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or shared services in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to guide employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
• Discretion, confidentiality and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to routine employee relations matters and escalate when needed.
• Prepare and coordinate employment-related documentation reflecting approved actions and policies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and processes; resolve or escalate via Workday tickets.
• Support Benefits with maternity/paternity processes and manage leaver/offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR system accuracy; partner with Payroll on Workday questions.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, right-to-work checks, visas and allowances.
• Partner with HRBPs and Recruitment to support HR processes and lifecycle activities.
• Lead assigned HR projects and perform regular HR data audits to ensure integrity.
