Job summary

LuxExperience in the United States is looking for an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the US HR Shared Services team in Mahwah, NJ, on a fixed-term contract for one year. Based out of Mahwah with routine visits to NYC, you will handle employee relations, policy guidance, and Workday inquiries.

You will support benefits, onboarding/offboarding, data integrity, audits, and process improvements while partnering with payroll, HR business partners and recruitment to deliver high-quality service to

• Proven experience in HR operations, shared services or a similar HR role.
• Experience guiding employees and managers on HR policies.
• Ability to assess sensitive matters with discretion and escalation when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine HR operations and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate employment documentation and policy actions.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and Workday-related inquiries.
• Support benefits processes and payroll collaboration.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and visa/permit checks.
• Audit HR data for accuracy and compliance, propose improvements.
• Partner with HR partners and recruitment on lifecycle activities.
