Job summary

Equinix seeks an HR Services Specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques while handling complex assignments with minimal supervision. You will execute Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR services, process queries, and support special projects across the organization.

You will guide employees through lifecycle changes, provide standard and non-standard reporting, and assist with HR systems navigation including Workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Executes Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle changes and Tier 2 processes such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA's.
• Guides employees through lifecycle changes using process knowledge, tailoring solutions to fit individual needs.
• Acts as a resource or team lead for others; escalation point is team lead or manager.
• Identifies trends and suggests process improvements with the Manager or HRSS Project and Services Team.
• Understands end-to-end processes across the region and global scope; assists with translations validation.
• Maintains HR Systems data and files ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Handles sensitive or complex queries; supports system UAT and reporting to HR stakeholders and line managers.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all transactions and communications; may assist with knowledge base and HR Systems navigation.
