Job summary

Equinix, Inc. in Dallas seeks an HR Services Analyst (Intermediate Professional level) to resolve Tier 1/2 queries and support lifecycle processes. You will execute employee lifecycle changes and assist with Tier 3 queries and special projects.

The role requires guiding employees through lifecycle changes, applying intermediate process knowledge to tailor solutions and resolve issues efficiently within HR services. This is an opportunity to contribute to Equinix’s HR operations.

Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2. Responsible for assisting with Tier 3 queries and special projects.
