• Executes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA's
• Leverages intermediate business process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needs
• Utilizes expertise to resolve
