This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, and talent transformation to shape strategy, accelerate leadership effectiveness, and design high-performing teams. You will advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including executive support.
• Experience partnering with global Technology, Product, Engineering, AI or R&D orgs.
• Proven track record partnering with VP/SVP/C-level technology leaders.
• Experience leading organisational design, workforce transformation and change at scale.
• Ability to influence decisions through data, insights and business acumen.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global environment.
• Executive presence, strong communication, and leadership coaching ability.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Technology and Product leaders to shape people strategies.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• Lead complex transformations associated with growth, restructuring, and new operating models.
• Use data and market context to identify risks and opportunities and influence executives.
• Drive leadership capability, team effectiveness, engagement, and culture.
• Collaborate across Talent Solutions, Total Rewards, Workforce Insights, People Experience.
• Coach executives and leadership teams through change and growth.
• Anticipate future talent needs in a rapidly evolving tech landscape, including AI-enabled work.
