Job summary

WHITE PASS CO INC in Naches, Washington is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR and administrative support, handling employee records, onboarding, benefits, and communications with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will work closely with HR team, assist with payroll liaison, compliance, and benefit administration, and respond to routine employee questions while maintaining confidentiality in a small, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in administrative/HR-related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update and audit employee data in the HRIS including onboarding and changes.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows and ensure e-signatures and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
• Support recruitment via applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, and converting hires.
• Assist payroll processes and monitor time/attendance data ahead of payroll cycles.
• Administer benefit programs and assist in vendor evaluation and renewal.
• Maintain HR compliance records and training tracking; prepare reports.
