Job summary

Marvin is seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver reliable HR service and administrative support across onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and documentation. You’ll be a frontline contact for routine questions and will route more complex items to People Operations and HRBPs.

You will coordinate logistics for new hires and departures, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR processes near work areas when needed. The role emphasizes discretion, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, coordination, customer service, HR, or employee-facing support.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data changes.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR service delivery and employee support for questions, processes, and routing to partners.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
• Manage HRIS entries, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
• Offer on-the-floor or site-based HR support to employees and leaders, escalating complex issues.
• Partner with People Operations to improve HR processes and service routines.
