Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking an HR Service Center Specialist to provide centralized, frontline HR support to caregivers and leaders across the caregiver lifecycle. You will handle intake, documentation, and resolution of HR inquiries, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution.
You will ensure adherence to SLAs, resolve standard to complex inquiries, and collaborate with HR partners to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Make a Difference The HR Service Center Specialist provides centralized, frontline human resources support within the HR Service Center and serves as a primary point of contact for caregivers and leaders. This role supports a high‑volume, tiered HR service delivery model by managing HR inquiries and transactions across the caregiver lifecycle while ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent resolution. The HR Service Center Specialist is responsible for intake, documentation, and resolution of HR cases; processing HR transactions; maintaining data integrity across HR systems; and adhering to standardized workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
