Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to act as the initial contact for employees, managers, candidates, and vendors, delivering high-volume HR support via ServiceNow and HRIS platforms.
You will support onboarding/offboarding, data updates, and benefits/payroll inquiries, while ensuring data integrity and timely service. The role requires 1–2 years in HR or admin, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and a strong foundation in Excel, HRIS, and ticketing tools

The HR Shared Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact (Tier 1) for employees, managers, candidates, and vendors, providing high-volume transactional, administrative, and customer-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role delivers timely, accurate, and consistent HR services through ServiceNow (or equivalent case management system), HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, PeopleSoft), and knowledge-based tools. The position supports HR Centers of Excellence, including HR Business Partners, Talent Attraction, Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, and other HR functions by executing transactional processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. Complex or sensitive matters are escalated to senior HR Shared Services staff or appropriate COEs.
