Job summary

Bosch is offering an HR Intern position within the HR Service Department to support compensation, benefits, training and payroll topics for associates across the US and Canada. You will partner with HR Business Partners to deploy HR initiatives and educate managers on HR processes and tools, while handling real-time inquiries.

The internship requires 35–40 hours per week for one year, with a focus on developing HR skills in a global company and delivering customer-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resources.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a one-year internship position.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in navigating web based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, quick learner, and ability to adapt to change
• A minimum 3.0 GPA
• Minimum 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support to associates across US/Canada.
• Support deployment of HR initiatives with HRBP partners.
• Educate managers and staff on HR processes and HR technical tools.
• Troubleshoot HR inquiries and coordinate with teams.
