Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an HR Intern to join the HR Service Department in the United States. You will help navigate HR topics such as compensation, benefits, training, HR systems, and payroll, while supporting managers and associates across US/Canada.

You will learn from HR partners, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This one-year internship requires 35–40 hours per week and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree related to Human Resources.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a one-year internship position.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in navigating web based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, quick learner, and ability to adapt to change
• A minimum 3.0 GPA
• Minimum 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives and act as a first point of contact for associates across the US and Canada.
• Assist with HR processes, payroll, benefits, training, and HR technical systems.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deploy HR initiatives and educate managers and associates.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed, ensuring timely resolution.
