Job summary

UNC Health in North Carolina is seeking an HR Service Delivery Advisor I to act as the first point of contact for benefits and HR transaction inquiries from former and current teammates and managers. You will process routine HR personnel transactions with high accuracy and timeliness, with familiarity of ServiceNow or similar case-management tools.

This role requires onsite presence once a week and a strong customer-service mindset, confidentiality, and ability to meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Meet and improve performance metrics for handling inquiries and transactions.
• Log and document inquiries in the ServiceNow case-management system.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
• Process general employee HR transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
