Janco, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Administrator in New Hampshire to maintain personnel and payroll records, administer benefits, recruit for vacancies, and onboard new hires.

You will ensure accuracy across systems and compliance with regulations in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, benefits enrollment, OSHA safety program support, and workers’ compensation management, plus coordinating employee events and open enrollment

Formación

• Experience managing payroll and HR records and related systems.
• Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and OSHA requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain personnel and payroll records per regulations.
• Develop and update the Employee Manual and work rules.
• Recruit qualified candidates for vacancies.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Run weekly payroll and related reports using BambooHR and Synerion.
• Administer open enrollment for benefits; obtain renewal quotes.
• Coordinate safety program including OSHA reporting and compliance.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and records.
• Organize annual company events and employee appreciation activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
