LogistiQ in Port Clinton, OH seeks a Human Resources Representative to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will serve as the first HR contact, coordinate internships, lead new hire orientations, and maintain HRIS records, while partnering with department leaders to sustain a positive work environment.

The role requires strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years HR or office experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate recruitment for entry level positions and onboarding.
• Attend community and college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Coordinate high school and college internship programs.
• Lead new hire orientations.
• Maintain employee files in the HRIS system.
• Assist with benefits administration and policy compliance.
• Support performance management processes and evaluations.
• Participate in company events and HR community groups.
• Act as liaison between HR and department leaders for timekeeping.
