Job summary

You will handle staffing coordination, investigate employee relations issues, coach on policies, and coordinate training solutions, while preparing statistical reports and delivering presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, oil and gas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Flexibility to travel (30-40%).
• Must be open to future relocation to other U.S. division locations.

Responsibilities
