Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years HRIS and/or project management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience analyzing information in an Oracle database.
• Experience handling confidential data.
• Ability to allocate and manage time to meet timelines and avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented setting.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and navigate ambiguity with good judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, integration, maintenance, and upgrades of HR systems including intranet, applicant tracking, performance management, reporting and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze, update, test, validate, document, and train end users.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance service delivery, performance, and data accuracy.
• Research, identify, and resolve root causes of data issues; propose improved processes.
• Administer and document HR system functionality and database tables.
• Create ad hoc and self-service reports and validate report results before delivery.
• Maintain inbound and outbound interfaces to HR systems.
• Serve as backup to other HRIS team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
