Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 1+ years of HR administration experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift/move 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across multiple locations (career fairs, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
• Lead orientation and explain benefit plans to new hires.
• Collaborate with management on safety and operational training.
• Assist with payroll issues, workers' compensation, and claims control.
• Maintain accurate, compliant HR records (OSHA, DOT, employment).
• Support other responsibilities to maintain a productive environment.
