• Physical ability to lift/move 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts across multiple locations, including career fairs.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Explain and enroll employees in benefit plans.
• Assist with payroll issues and workers' compensation matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records (OSHA, DOT, employment, etc.).
