White Lodging is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator in Richmond, VA to support associates and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. You will handle recruiting operations, onboarding, benefits inquiries, and HR policy guidance while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with the HR team.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, knowledge of HR laws, and strong Microsoft Office skills along with bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience or understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates and visitors with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting activities including postings, interviews, onboarding, drug testing, and orientation.
• Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure confidentiality of records and hotel information.
• Serve as a resource for associates on benefits and HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team members and leaders as needed.
