Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Industry & Process Advisor Manager in HR Reinvention to lead future-state HR process design and AI integration. You will embed AI into client deliverables and team methods, guiding adoption, operating models, and data strategy across HR domains.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, program management, and a track record in HR transformation to deliver measurable business outcomes. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR process excellence or HR transformation.
• 1+ year designing future-state HR processes with AI.
• 1+ year integrating AI in HR process design.
• Experience with HR domains like Talent Acquisitions, Onboarding, Leave, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state HR process specification and AI integration design.
• Run client discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Present recommendations to senior HR and business leadership.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and issue resolution.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments in HR.
