Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead and shape how clients reinvent HR in the digital age. You will define, sell and execute HR reinvention projects blending digital solutions, automation, and organization optimization to boost performance and employee experience.

This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, deep HR reinvention expertise and strong client relationships, with the ability to manage complex transformations across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to HR processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies that blend traditional HR with AI and automation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, on-time and within budget.
• Design and optimize HR operating models, service delivery, and outsourcing.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and performance management.
• Evaluate HR technologies and guide vendor selection.
• Drive business development and contribute to client proposals and RFPs.
• Coach practitioners and contribute to thought leadership in HR reinvention.
