Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead how organizations reinvent HR for the digital age. You will shape, sell and execute HR reinvention projects that blend digital solutions, automation, processes and organization design to improve performance and employee experience.

You will work with clients on operating models, talent management, analytics, and technology selection, while driving delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 1 year applying AI/GenAI, automation or analytics to HR processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of Insurance Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Develop and manage client relationships and ensure delivery aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate HR technologies and guide vendor selection and RFP processes.
• Deliver end-to-end HR reinvention projects on time and within budget.
• Advance change management and stakeholder engagement to sustain transformation.
