Job summary

Accenture’s HR Reinvention practice is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to guide clients through digital HR transformations. You will lead projects that integrate AI, automation, and new operating models to improve talent management and employee experience.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Experience on HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, or service delivery transformation.
• At least 6 months applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention roadmaps aligning HR with business strategy.
• Design and implement HR operating models leveraging digital tools.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for transitions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects.
