Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• 1 year minimum on HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, or service delivery.
• 6 months of using AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted executive relationships with client stakeholders.
• Advise on HR operating models, tech, and transformation strategies aligning with business goals.
• Develop HR reinvention roadmaps and value cases for clients.
• Lead HR operating model design and service delivery frameworks for clients.
• Drive analytics to optimize talent management, engagement, and workforce planning.
