Job summary

Accenture’s HR Reinvention practice seeks an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead how organizations reimagine HR in the digital era. You will shape, sell and execute HR reinvention projects fusing automation, AI, and new operating models to boost HR performance and employee satisfaction.

You will guide executive stakeholders, craft value cases and roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on change management and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
