Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead how organizations transform HR in the digital age. You will shape, sell and deliver HR reinvention projects integrating digital solutions, automation and process optimization to improve HR functions and employee experience.

Responsibilities include building executive relationships, advising on operating models, driving value cases, and delivering end-to-end HR transformation programs across AI, GenAI and analytics-enabled HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformations.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital technologies like AI and automation.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
• Lead initiatives to optimize HR resources, process automation, and analytics.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects on time and within budget.
