Job summary

Accenture’s HR Reinvention practice is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead how organizations approach HR in the digital age. You will define, shape, sell and execute reinvention projects that blend digital solutions, automation, process, and organization optimization to improve HR performance and employee satisfaction.

You will build senior client relationships, develop value cases and roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end projects across operating models, talent management, AI-driven tools,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted senior client relationships and advise on HR operating models and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with AI, automation and digital solutions.
• Design and lead new HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and organization design.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, and talent management with data analytics.
• Participate in evaluating HR technologies (HRIS, AI tools) and guide vendor selection processes.
• Articulate how GenAI and other technologies can enhance HR functions for clients.
• Advise on transforming HR operations through shared services, outsourcing and digital tooling.
• Drive process optimization and intelligent automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of reinvention projects on time and within budget; integrate cloud-based HR systems and AI platforms.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to sustain transformation initiatives.
• Develop practitioners and contribute to thought leadership within HR reinvention; travel as required.
