Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding for student and staff, coordinate postings and onboarding activities.
• Develop and improve student employment processes and development resources.
• Manage HR processes for student and non-benefits staff, maintain records and training.
• Build Relationships with HR partners and campus departments; represent University Unions at HR meetings.
• Provide backup coverage and assist with HR projects and process improvements in high-volume operations.
• Participate in meetings and support events as needed.
