Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
• Experience performing HR or related administrative functions with employment lifecycle support.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR actions in Workday to support staff, students, and non-employees.
• Serve as primary HR contact and provide timely, professional service.
• Advise on policies, onboarding/offboarding, and timekeeping processes.
• Support graduate student employment policies and related processes.
• Assist with HR programs, reporting, and process improvements.
