Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the HR department. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, events, and other HR initiatives, and you will maintain records, department documentation, and the HR system with strict confidentiality.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year administrative, customer service or HR experience required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• English required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
